Glow Pao Talent was born from my own journey of personal and professional growth.“Glow” represents expansion, development, and the desire to connect clients and candidates with opportunities that allow them to grow. “Pao” is an abbreviation of my name, shaping my personal brand, and “Talent” reflects my focus on matching talent with opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Today, I offer specialized national and international recruitment services based in Barcelona. My mission is to create meaningful connections between employers and candidates, facilitating opportunities that help both businesses and professionals grow and succeed.

II’m Paola C., a graduate in Psychopedagogy with a passion for Human Resources. While studying, I worked for several years as a hostess in the hospitality industry, which allowed me to understand diverse work dynamics and customer service.

After graduating, I gained experience in various HR roles, where I deepened my knowledge and specialized in talent acquisition, my true passion. With years of experience in Spain, particularly in hospitality and service sectors, I decided to take my career to the next level.

This led me to create Glow Pao Talent, my independent venture, aimed at expanding nationally and internationally while building meaningful connections with a personalized approach.
