Head Hostess & Hostess – Dubai (Relocation Required)

We are seeking professional European Head Hostesses and Hostesses to join high-end hospitality operations in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to lead guest experiences and manage front-of-house operations in luxury dining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with elegance

• Manage reservations, seating, and VIP guests

• Lead or assist podium operations and guest flow

• Coordinate with floor and bar managers

• Handle guest issues with professionalism and poise

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of luxury hospitality experience (leadership required for Head Hostess)

• Minimum height 170 cm

• Impeccable grooming and professional presence

• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)

• Knowledge of reservation systems (Head Hostess)

• Calm, polished, and professional under pressure

Compensation and Benefits:

• Head Hostess: AED 10,000/month (tax-free)

• Hostess: AED 7,000/month (tax-free)
